A beachfront house on a private beach inside a gated community, facing Santo Aleixo Island. Eight suites, full staff, and the discretion of a stretch of coast almost no one passes through.
Architecture by Pedro Motta and Márcia Nejaim, landscaping by Maurício Prada. Villa Capri was designed for an exclusive, sophisticated and entirely private stay — a family home at villa scale, built for large groups, with quiet corners for those who want to disappear.
The rental is for the entire house, with dedicated staff. Nothing is shared: not the pool, not the gazebo, not the stretch of beach out front.
The house is organized around a double-height living room, covered by a structure of exposed timber trunks. Everything opens from there: on one side, the dining table that seats the whole group at once; on the other, the veranda that runs to the pool. The sea appears from almost every point — including from inside, cutting through the house.
Arriving from the street, you find timber lattice screens, a dense garden and a solid door — nothing is visible from outside. On the other side, the house opens up entirely: the glass panels slide away, the living room becomes a veranda, and the veranda becomes deck, pool and sand, without a single door in the way.
It's the same design decision that upholds the promise of privacy: the house turns its back on passersby and gives everything to those inside.
Layout designed for family groups: couples on their own floor, children in shared suites, and one ground-floor suite for anyone who needs step-free access.
Each children's suite has six beds in custom-built furniture, complete with ladder, alcoves and individual reading lights. Together they sleep twelve — the kids stay together, and the couples' floor stays quiet.
Two pools at different levels, an infinity edge facing the sea, and a bed of coconut palms rising from the water. In the shallow beach area, the loungers sit right inside the pool — where the day usually begins and ends.
Hijau stone is quarried from volcanic rock in Sukabumi, Indonesia, and shifts tone with the light — green at midday, blue by late afternoon. It's what makes the pool feel like a continuation of the sea just a few metres away. And anyone who spends the whole day in the water comes out without red eyes or dried-out hair; with kids, the difference shows by the second day.
It's not a covered barbecue area: it's a glass-enclosed pavilion, with a gourmet kitchen inside, a round table for the whole group, a high counter with stools, and sea views. It works like a second house.
In practice, it's where the party happens — and stays. The night can run late in the gazebo without disturbing anyone who's gone to sleep in the main house, and a late-afternoon storm doesn't change the plan: the glass panels close and dinner carries on.

Additional staff. For groups over 10 guests, we recommend extra professionals, subject to availability: waiters, kitchen assistants, housekeepers, a bartender and a grill cook. A driver can also be hired for the entire stay, at the house's disposal.
To make that possible, there's a dedicated service kitchen, separate from the social areas: an eight-burner industrial stove with two ovens, and a cold room stocked for the week. It's what allows the house to serve twenty-four people without ever feeling like a restaurant.
They arrive in the morning with the catch still wet — lobster, shrimp, octopus, fish and crab — and it's the guest who chooses what goes on the table that day. The chef takes care of the rest.
That's why there's no fixed menu here. There's abundance instead: seven complete menus, a Northeastern-style breakfast every day, lunch and dinner built around what the sea brought in, and a traditional dessert to close every meal.

All additional services are subject to availability. The earlier the request comes in, the better we can arrange every detail.
Birthdays and gatherings are arranged by our concierge. Events require hiring a dedicated team — waitstaff, kitchen, cleaning and other professionals — so that Villa Capri's regular staff can stay focused solely on the guests.
To preserve everyone's peace and quiet, we ask that community rules be respected, particularly regarding permitted hours for sound and events.
The coconut water arrives with the house's mark engraved on it. The path to the sand lights up at dusk. The garden powder room has a raw stone basin and an orchid changed every week.
These are things too small to make it into a listing, and big enough for guests to remember.
Villa Capri is rented by the season, with the entire house and a dedicated staff. New Year's Eve and Carnival are fixed packages; other periods follow a minimum-stay policy.
